Provides a Microsoft Access-based database template for tracking incidents of counterfeit, fraudulent, or suspect items in the construction supply chain. Records types of items found and prompts users to calculate and map their probability and the likely severity of their impact. Matches mitigation strategies to items, depending on their probability and severity ratings. Includes Research Summary 307-1, which gives implementation guidance for the template.
