Explains how these practices are categorized into six categories: Contractual; Delivery; Organizational; Cultural; Planning; and Execution. Introduces the Flash Track Tool, a Microsoft Excel-based tool for assessing gaps in readiness and providing guidance for successful flash track delivery.
